Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Refunds: All sales are final. Each item have a production time located on the items description box. Please be advised your purchase indicates that you agree with the listed production time. However items may be refunded if there is an issue on our end such as; wrong item sent, exceeded production time, damaged item. We are also not responsible for items that are delivered and stolen from your property. 

Exchanges: Items are made to order specifically for you. Exchanges are not accepted unless there has been an issue on our end such as; wrong item sent, damages, wrong sizing ( item must be returned within 30 days for a full refund), or if we've exceeded our production time.

Shipping: 

Each item is hand made in the order received. Please allow 1-3 weeks for production as well as the additional shipping time (This time may be shorter or longer depending on volume of orders and the item). If your item is needed by a specific date please include date in check out notes so we can best accommodate you ( must be at least 10 days in advance note date in checkout)
